All Good Things Must Come to an End

The vacation has now come to a conclusion. We are sitting at the gate here at Denver International Airport. In true Bill Taylor fashion we arrived at the airport at 7:15 AM for a 10:50 AM flight. We are now at the gate 2 hours prior to departure and that's after having breakfast at one of the restaurants in the airport. Jenny is quite pleased with my preparation skills! We had a good last full day out here yesterday. We finished the trip with a drive from Casper to Denver. We did a quick tour of downtown Denver which didn't last a long time as there were several "interesting characters" that appeared to be making some deals which may not pass the "sniff test." We then proceeded to the Hyatt Place Hotel at the airport and had a great room with a 42 inch HDTV which made for great football watching. Dinner was at Outback Steakhouse before filling the rental car one last night and retiring for the night.

Breakfast this morning at the hotel consisited of just a couple bagels, nothing fancy. However, true to form we were there at 5:59 AM so we wouldn't miss the opening of the food court at 6 AM!

All in all is was a trip neither of us will ever forget. We'll do a couple more blog posts over the next week with some additional pictures and/or video from the trip. Until next time, this is Bill and Jenny signing off from the road, happy travels.

    Haha, great vacation stats - it was definitely a memorably trip for sure! I was waiting for the stat that was "priceless". Glad you both enjoyed such an awesome trip!
